• Free cancellation: you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
• 50% penalty: for cancellations made between 29 and 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
• 100% penalty: for cancellations communicated within 48 hours prior to arrival, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
