The Ficoncella thermal baths, which take their name from the fig tree that grows between the pools, is a complex of 5 pools open all year round. The hill on which these springs are located is made of limestone rock and the thermal-mineral water is very clear, colorless, pungent, and has a slightly bitter taste; the temperature ranges from 30° to 56°C. The beauty of the natural setting, the continuous maintenance of the facilities, and the quality control of the service allow you to enjoy the thermal baths with great benefit for the health of the body and the well-being of the spirit.
HOW TO GET THERE
They can be reached by car:
– from the south (Rome) by taking the A12 Motorway (E 80) exit Civitavecchia Nord, turn right towards Civitavecchia, and after 50 m. turn right again onto “Strada della Ficoncella”, arrival after about 2 km.;
– from the north (Grosseto) by taking the Aurelia road (SS1), take the A12 Motorway (E 80) towards Rome exit Civitavecchia Nord, turn right towards Civitavecchia, and after 50 m. turn right again onto “Strada della Ficoncella”, arrival after about 2 km.
